Land has been a good investment since I can remember. If land was not developed the idea was to buy low and sell high. If the land had little use the challenge would be to sell the idea of a use. It takes imagination to see the land as it could be and conveying it that way. If you can build an idea in someone else’s head then you have a real sellable talent. Why not give it a try.
